Real Properties of America is the Bana family's business. We have built the portfolio one property at a time, choosing solid homes in growing Texas towns, from the Metroplex down to Central Texas and out to Lubbock.
We treat every property as a long-term family asset. We keep homes well maintained, work directly with our tenants, and reinvest in new construction.
